This website offers visitors online food purchases. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement.
In purchasing a product, we will require the below information:
Your address including the postcode of the billing address registered to the payment card.

Please make sure you check this information before placing and order. Due to the way our food is prepared it is not possible to guarantee the absence of allergens in our products'. (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
We may, without prior notice, change the products; stop providing the products we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time.
Souchef Ltd only sell goods on our website to the end user and they should not be resold without prior consent.
Products advertised are subject to availability. If the product is not available for your chosen delivery date, a member of the team will endeavour to get in touch and rearrange the delivery, offer a substitute product, or arrange a refund for that particular product.
The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
The prices quoted on the website do not include the delivery charge.
Excluding any technical error on the pricing we will honour any prices detailed at the time of you placing the order.
All of our food products are zero-rated VAT.
Our minimum order level is £30.00.
Orders are subject to a £5.00 delivery charge (standard delivery service only)
Orders over £80.00 have free delivery.
If the product you order is not in stock, and you fall below the minimum order threshold we will honour the remainder of the delivery.
Sou-chef uses couriers to deliver all orders in specialised chilled packaging.
Customers are required to select a delivery date at checkout and will receive a notification of a one hour window on the date of their delivery. Please note however this is not contractual and is subject to change as we may be subject to 3rd party external forces not within our control such as traffic or lost parcels.
You should make us aware of any delivery requirements on the checkout pages using the notes section at the time of placing your order.
All deliveries are contactless due to the current COVID-19 outbreak.
Due to the nature of the contents of the orders, any deliveries not made on the day of delivery will be destroyed to protect all parties. We will be in touch if this is the case to resolve.
We reserve the rights to restrict deliveries and withdraw services all together depending on the demand.
Delivery to UK mainland, excluding Scottish Highlands.

Due to the nature of the products and them being perishable goods, we are not able to accept any returns.
What if I am not happy with the product or service?

If the nature of the complaint is in reference to the product, we always ask customers to obtain any photos and keep a record of the batch number for traceability.
We are happy to refund any product for the below reasons:
It does not match our exact standard.
Any item that has been damaged in transit.
If you have been sent incorrect item(s)
We will work to ensure you compliant is dealt with as quickly as possible.
Where we offer a refund, please be aware it may take up to 7 days before this reaches your account.
We can only refund on the card you used to purchase the items with.
At Souchef we always apply a restaurant mentality when it comes to dealing with any problems or suggestions.
Your name, delivery address and phone number will be passed onto a 3rd party delivery service.
We will not hold your payment details for any previous orders; therefore you will be required to enter your payment details for every order.
When placing your order, you may opt in to receive marketing information from Souchef Ltd.

The Service, products and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Souchef Ltd. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.
You recognise and agree that by uploading any content (including, but not limited to designs, images, animations, videos, audio files, fonts, logos, illustrations, compositions, artworks, interfaces, text and literary works) through any means to the website, you confirm that you own all the relevant rights or received the appropriate license to upload/transfer/send the content. You agree and consent that the uploaded/transferred content may be publicly displayed at the website.
